ALL ABOUT KIDS LA builds self-confidence, self-esteem and a sense of community in children ages 7-18. AAK offers professional instruction in singing, dancing and acting as well as guidance in other areas that will enable children to define and achieve their life goals.
WHO WE ARE
WHAT WE DO
The Program meets every Saturday at Immanuel Presbyterian Church and includes two Sessions per year. Each Session lasts approximately 14 weeks and includes 50-60 children. At the conclusion of each Session, the participants perform two Showcases in front of a live audience at the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre in Hollywood. Following a 6-8 week break, the process begins anew, so that the Program operates virtually throughout the year.
In furtherance of our goal to assist Program participants in defining and successfully pursuing their life goals, AAK has established a separate voluntary program for high schoolers entitled B.E.A.C.O.N., which stands for Building Educational And Career Opportunities Now. (For additional information, visit the B.E.A.C.O.N. tab on this website.)
